DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Orders must be placed before 12pm that day for the below delivery times to apply:

Standard Delivery: 2-5 Business Days ($10)

Express Delivery: 1-2 Business Days ($15)

*Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our studio, and a further 2-4 business days for deliveries to regional areas and Western Australia.

Note all custom orders can take up to 4 weeks prior to dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International Shipping: 2-16 Business Days ($25 AUD)

Shipping can take anywhere between 2-16 business days depending on location. If you’d like it faster, please email us and we will see what can be done.

REFUNDS:

Made-to-order rings are designed specifically for the person who ordered them, therefore we cannot offer refunds on these pieces. If there is an issue with your order, please email us at info@soulofmother.com.

EXCHANGES:

If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving it. Include photos as proof, and we may be able to arrange an exchange.
