DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Orders must be placed before 12pm that day for the below delivery times to apply:

Standard Delivery: 2-5 Business Days ($10)

Express Delivery: 1-2 Business Days ($15)

*Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our studio, and a further 2-4 business days for deliveries to regional areas and Western Australia.

Note all custom orders can take up to 3 weeks prior to dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International Shipping: 2-16 Business Days ($25 AUD)

Shipping can take anywhere between 2-16 business days depending on location. If you’d like it faster, please email us and we will see what can be done.

REFUNDS:

Refunds are not accepted as we cannot take back used jewellery and ceramics for health and safety purposes. If you have a issue with your order please contact, using the contact tab, to discuss further.

EXCHANGES:

If you think your item has been damaged during shipping, please contact us (within 24 hours of receiving item) with photos of proof and we may be able to work out an exchange for similar item valued at the same price.
No exchanges on 'change of mind' or sizes, please read all information before purchase or contact us for more info before purchase.
